POSTAGE We aim to turn around orders within 24hrs. Expected UK delivery within 3-5 days under normal conditions. Although in most cases you could receive your order sooner.
DELIVERY
Please ensure you provide your full and correct address, we will not be held responsible for non-delivery due to errors with address details you have entered at the shopping cart.
UK - 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Recorded Signed for. Signed for post is provided our own discretion at no extra cost.
EUROPE - Royal Mail Airsure - Tracked with delivery confirmation.
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND - Royal Mail Airsure - Tracked with delivery confirmation.

Tracked Deliveries
Please ensure you are able to sign for your delivery to avoid disappointment.
If any dispatched parcel is unable to be delivered and redirected back to us for any reason. Re-postage costs will need to be paid by the customer in order for the parcel to be dispatched again. Alternatively a refund minus 15% handing fee may be offered if re-delivery is not required.
Please note: Royal mail will keep a recorded delivery parcel for 7 days, after this time the parcel will be returned to the sender.

Distance Selling Regulations 2000
UK CUSTOMERS
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000 (“the Regulations”), UK customers have the right to cancel an order placed with us within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the goods.
This does not include that have been personalized or made to specifications; Oils or other items which you have unsealed; or cost of carriage. The Regulations are designed to protect consumers when buying products by mail order or over the internet as opposed to in person in a shop.
To cancel an order under the Regulations you must notify us in writing by first-class post, fax, or e-mail, quoting your name, address and contact telephone number. Our Company Details and address for postal notification of cancellation, any written complaints, and for returning goods is:
RESELLING OF INNOCENT OILS FREE SAMPLES IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN - it's not good karma, don't do it.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products we are only able to accept returned goods that are unused and in a saleable condition.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return of the product. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
We do not accept responsibility for circumstance beyond our control such as items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt. You are liable for the goods until they are delivered to us, and we will not reimburse you until the goods are returned to us in good (fit for resale) condition.
We strongly advise you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery or other insured and tracked delivery service for this purpose in order to be sure that any goods are delivered safely to us.
You must return the goods AT YOUR EXPENSE (inc all packaging, etc) unopened and in exactly the same condition in which the goods were supplied to you. This means that you must not destroy or dispose of the packaging in which the good were supplied until you know that you do not intend to return the goods.
If goods are returned to us are found to be damaged, or used, we will not refund any money. We will tell you this in writing by letter, fax, or e-mail.
The goods will then be kept at our premises for 90 days from the date of that written notice, after which time we will dispose of them without further notice to you. You may collect the goods from us before the expiry of the 90-day period, if you wish, or you may pay us to return them to you as long as you tell us in writing before the expiry of the 90-day period.

We welcome orders from far and wide, if you have any enquiry please contact us first.
All customs and duty charges are out of our control, these must be paid locally in the country of destination.
